The keratin process, step by step
Consult
Senior stylist reviews your hair history, color, and goals. We confirm keratin is the right call (vs. a Brazilian blowout or other smoothing system).
Clarify wash
Clarifying shampoo opens the cuticle and removes residue. This is what makes the treatment grip.
Apply keratin
Section by section, the keratin formula is brushed through every strand. We don't rush this.
Heat seal
Flat iron at the correct temperature for your hair type. This is the step that locks the treatment in for months.
Style
Soft finishing style so you leave looking like you just had a great blowout.
Aftercare
We send you home with the rules: 48–72 hours no wash, no clips, no ponytails. Sulfate-free products only.
